Adrianne Herbst, OTR/L
Adrianne has lived in Austin for 19 years. Before becoming an Occupational Therapist, she devoted her work and free time to helping children with a variety of abilities. She worked as a personal attendant under the C.L.A.S.S. Program for 6 years and served as a camp counselor for the Muscular Dystrophy Association for three years. Adrianne graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology in 2006. In December 2008, she received her Master’s in Occupational Therapy from Texas Woman’s University in Houston. She has clinical experience working with
children with a variety of diagnoses including: Sensory Processing Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorder, cerebral palsy, dysgraphia, Shaken Baby Syndrome, mitochondrial disorders, and ADHD. Most of all, she enjoys making therapy fun!
Adrianne’s most recent continuing education courses include: Management of Complex Feeding Issues, Transition Techniques from GI Tube to Oral Feeding, and Kinesiotaping.
