Alanna Plair,M.S.,CCC-SLP
Alanna is originally from Dallas, TX and she attended the University of Texas at
Austin for both undergraduate and graduate school. After graduating with a degree
in Speech-Language Pathology with a focus on Bilingual and Multicultural speech therapy,
she moved to San Diego where she had the opportunity to work in the public school
setting as an SLP in a middle school. Alanna returned to Texas two years ago, where
she
continues to work in the public school setting now as an SLP in an elementary school.
Alanna has most experience with school-aged children with diagnoses that vary from
simple speech delays to language delays to children with severe Autism or Mental
Retardation. Alanna is particularly interested in working with school-aged and adolescent
children with language delays and children who are second language learners. She
is very proud to be working with children at Kidtherapy in an outpatient setting.
