
Cara received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Child Development and Family Relationships from the University of Texas at Austin in December of 1996 and her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Boston University in January of 2001. Her experience has been exclusively in pediatrics, mostly in hospital outpatient settings but also in private clinic and home settings. She has experience working with children with a variety of diagnoses including brachial plexus, cerebral

palsy and other neurological conditions, PDD/Autism, feeding difficulties, genetic disorders, brain injury, sensory processing disorders, and handwriting difficulty. Continuing education training includes treatment of the baby, handwriting, sensory processing, aquatics, and feeding. Cara is the happy mother of one toddling boy, the best therapy yet.
